Open the Tape A Call app once downloaded. Follow along with their setup instructions.Be sure to accept all notifications and access permissions.Otherwise the app won't be able to record successfully.

Step 3a

Learn how to use Tape a Call - Outgoing Call

The Tape a Call app is equipped with a tutorial.Take a look at this tutorial and make sure you understand it.The way that Tape A Call works is simple. It requires that you conference in the "Recording Agent".This enables them to record reliably without depending on 3rd party apps or plugins that sometimes get glitchy. (It is not always perfect, but our testing has shown it to be very stable)PRO TIP 💎: If you are placing an outgoing call, you can call the TapeACall service first, and then conference in your call.

Step 3b

Learn how to use Tape a Call - Incoming Call

When receiving an incoming call, you will have to pause and ask your client:"Is it okay for me to record this call? Great, thank you, give me a second"Then press the "TapeACalls" assistant.Once the call is connected with TapeACall's service, simply "Merge/Conference" the calls.All Set!

Share the recording with The Scribe

You are ALMOST THERE! 🤏Once you have recorded your first call follow these steps in the TapeACall service.1. Open the Recording you want to have summarized "The Scribe Client Demo"2. Click the "Share Button"3. Select an EMAIL Share. Make sure you send the email from the account you signed up with!Email: [email protected]4. Use the Subject as a way to name your recordings.5. Send the Email.In a few minutes our engine will process your shared file and email you back with your Executive Summary.
